Forbidden Island
Forbidden Island
A trail is near the bushes of this site. At the bottom, there's a "swimming pool," an area where you can join a variety of marine animals swim. There is also a cave nearby with a pool of ocean water. This place is a Marine Protected Area, no-take of both plants and animals in this site.
Lao Lao Bay
Lao Lao Bay
I get to hike this site at least once a week when I was an intern for the Micronesia Challenge. The hike gets pretty rough but the view is worth it. Let's all help keep our Lao Lao Bay Clean and Green!
Green Sea Turtle
Green Sea Turtle
One of the threatened species in the Marianas. This creature can grow up to 4 feet and weigh 440 pounds. It has a small head, single-clawed flippers, and a heart shaped shell. Let's keep our unique creatures safe and alive!
